Implementation Summary

Frontmatter pill list editor is now Svelte-mounted with lifecycle cleanup. Tag vs secondary pill styling, theme padding tokens, Lucide remove icons, non-tag hover states, and whole wikilink values render through NoteLink with hover preview resolved from the active note path. Validated with frontmatter vitest suite and svelte-check.
