Added object-array declarative settings control (isArrayOfFlatObjectSchema, object-array-setting.svelte, Setting.addObjectArray, enum/optionsSource columns, min/maxItems, e2e Phase E rules fixture). Validated with api/workspace tests and pnpm test:smoke.
