Implementation Summary

registry-assets:publish now logs per-plugin phases, per-file packaging progress with byte sizes, and notebook prune stats. Release packaging accepts main.es.js as an ESM runtime entry in plugin-release.mjs and API runtime validation. Validated with script unit tests, plugin-release.test.mjs, publish-official-plugin-assets.test.mjs, and plugin-release-runtime-validation.test.ts.
