registry-assets:publish now batches official plugin production builds through pnpm exec turbo run build --filter= before packaging so CI reuses turbo-cache.app.ju.ma. Removed redundant sequential check:all pre-step from publish-official-plugin-assets.yml. Added unit tests and monorepo-scripts spec note.
