registry-assets:publish now scans Forgejo on local TTY runs and presents @clack/prompts checkboxes for unpublished official plugins, defaulting to all selected. Added --interactive/--no-interactive flags, plugin-release-interactive-select module and tests, and spec notes. Validated with script unit tests and pnpm spec:lint.
